I’m afraid this is not working. When I try to set up an account on FranceTV or Arte I’m required to input my postal code. But they do not accept foreign postal codes, and when I try to proceed without one I receive a message based on my IP address to the effect that I am outside the zone in which the service is provided.
Merci bien, mais…. They still found me out with the IP address. However, I can view some of the news and sports channels. Just finished watching an interview with Jean-Paul Belmondo. I just have to be a little persistent. Someday perhaps I’ll actually have the Parisian postal code in the premier arrondissement!

Salut Gary! In that case, I recommend using "your" French postal code: 75001. Personally, I use the postal code of my address in France.

Mmm, maybe using a VPN set to France and browsing in incognito mode does the trick.
